Neeru S Juneja

Mrs Neeru S Juneja is the founder and the President of Udyam. She is responsible for the overall management of Udyam, its programs and the expansion of Udyam. 

Neeru is a Psychology graduate (DU) and also has a B.Ed and an MBA. She has worked closely with issues relating to children and education while as a consultant with Hriday-Shan, a NPO working for the promotion of health activism, and with the Directorate of Education as a part of its Universalisation of Elementary Education (UEE) Mission. She currently serves as a Member of the Ethics Committee at the Centre for Chronic Disease Control. She is also on board the Internal Committee on Sexual Harassment Prevention at STC, HPCL and GAIL.

Abha Verma

Mrs Abha Verma holds the office of Vice-President of the Udyam Trust. She has been associated with Udyam since 2010 with an objective to capacitate underprivileged children in the areas of education, health and hygiene and self-discipline. She aims to support and guide these children to grow as a responsible citizen.

Prior to her association with Udyam, Mrs Verma worked with several educational institutions across India. Her work focused on general administration and education delivery.

Abha Tiwari

Abha Tewari

Ms Abha Tewari is a social scientist by training.She has an expertise in qualitative research methods.she has led several qualitative studies. She has a wide breadth of experience of working with national and international level organisations.

Gaurav Ajmera

Gaurav is the Treasurer of Udyam Trust. Since his start with Udyam in 2008, he has taken on various roles in the team. At present his primary responsibility is to look after Udyam’s finances and records. He is also involved with raising funds for Udyam.

Gaurav is a graduate from IIT Delhi and after having worked for Schlumberger, now works for OYO Rooms in Gurgaon, India as the Head of Northern India.

Arpit Jain

Arpit first came to Udyam in 2008 when he was studying at IIT Delhi. He is the Secretary of Udyam Trust and has taken on the responsibility of improving curriculum and developing performance management systems. He also helps out with the recruitment and fund raising activities.

Currently, Arpit works for a multinational manufacturing company in its corporate strategy function. Prior to that he worked for McKinsey & Co.

Deepti Dwivedi

Deepti is a Trustee at Udyam and holds a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Delhi School of Social Work. Deepti is responsible for counselling the parents, managing volunteers and increasing awareness about Udyam

Ankita Gupta

Aditi Pathak

Aditi is a Trustee at Udyam and holds a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Delhi School of Social Work. Aditi manages the design and implementation of the non-academic activities undertaken at Udyam.

About Us

Udyam is a non-profit organization working towards holistic development of underprivileged children in Delhi.
